These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between nakcuci ("we", "us", "the Operator") and any individual ("you", "the User", "the Player") who accesses, registers with, or otherwise uses the nakcuci platform at nakcuci.cam and its associated mobile interfaces.

By completing the registration process or by continuing to access and use the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the entirety of this Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease all use of the platform and, if you are already registered, contact us to close your account. nakcuci reserves the right to withhold or restrict access to the platform where any user fails to comply with this Agreement.

In this Agreement, the following defined terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" — the nakcuci website, mobile web interface, and any associated applications operated by the Operator.
• "Account" — a registered user account created by an eligible individual on the Platform.
• "Balance" — the total MYR value of real-money funds held in a User's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds not yet converted.
• "Bonus Funds" — any credits, promotional balances or free spins awarded under a promotional offer, subject to their own wagering and conversion conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times a bonus amount must be staked across qualifying games before the resulting winnings may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification procedures carried out by the Operator to confirm identity, age and payment ownership.
• "MYR" — Malaysian Ringgit, the primary operating currency of the Platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — any country or region from which access to and participation on the Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable laws.
• "Force Majeure" — events beyond the Operator's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, regulatory orders, server outages or cyberattacks.

To register and maintain an active account on nakcuci, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. Access to casino games and sports betting is strictly prohibited for individuals under 21.
2. You are a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as a representative or nominee of a third party.
3. You are not a resident of, or currently located within, a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to verify that online gambling is lawfully permitted in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the Platform.
4. You are not a current or former employee, director, contractor, or close associate of nakcuci or any of its affiliated entities.
5. You have not previously had an account suspended or permanently closed for breach of this Agreement.
6. You are registering for personal recreational use only, and not for commercial, professional or business purposes.

nakcuci reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming any of the above eligibility criteria at any stage of your use of the Platform. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will entitle the Operator to suspend or close your account.

4.1 — One Account Policy

Each eligible individual is permitted to hold one active nakcuci account at any time. Opening, or attempting to open, additional accounts — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods or identity documents — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

4.2 — Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password or one-time passcodes with any third party. nakcuci will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to keep credentials secure. 4.3 — Accurate Information

You must provide truthful, complete and current information during registration and at all subsequent points of KYC verification. Providing false information — including a fictitious date of birth, name or address — constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

4.4 — Account Activity

nakcuci reserves the right to classify an account as inactive where it has recorded no login, deposit, or wagering activity for a continuous period of 365 days. Inactive accounts may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee of up to MYR 30 per month, deducted from any remaining balance, after prior written notice to the account's registered email address.

All deposits are processed in MYR. nakcuci currently supports the following payment channels for Malaysian players: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, DuitNow, FPX and cryptocurrency (BTC / USDT). Specific minimum deposit amounts and available channels may vary and are displayed within the platform's cashier section.

You confirm that all funds deposited into your nakcuci account are derived from lawful sources and are not the proceeds of any criminal, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful activity. nakcuci complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.

Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Where delays occur due to third-party payment network issues, nakcuci is not responsible for losses arising from such delays, provided the Operator takes reasonable steps to assist in resolution.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent eligible deposit wherever technically possible, subject to payment provider availability. Where a matched withdrawal is not possible, nakcuci may require alternative verification before processing to a different channel.

Before any withdrawal is approved, you must have completed all applicable KYC verification steps to the satisfaction of the Operator. Outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds must also be fully met. Attempts to withdraw before meeting wagering obligations will result in the forfeiture of all associated bonus funds.

6.1 — Processing Timeframes

Standard withdrawal requests are typically reviewed within one to five business days following submission, subject to verification requirements. nakcuci aims to process compliant requests as promptly as operational circumstances allow, but cannot guarantee specific processing times due to dependence on third-party payment networks.

6.2 — Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are published in the platform's cashier section and may be subject to change following reasonable notice. Withdrawals in excess of single-transaction limits may be processed in multiple tranches across business days.

nakcuci offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback rebates, birthday bonuses, referral rewards and event-based promotions. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which take precedence over any generic provisions in this Agreement where they conflict.

7.1 — Wagering Requirements

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by nakcuci, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement. This requirement must be satisfied in full before any portion of the bonus balance — or winnings derived from bonus balance play — may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 35x means a RM100 bonus requires RM3,500 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal is permitted).

7.2 — Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible players only. The Operator reserves the right to exclude certain accounts from specific promotional offers at its discretion, including accounts previously found to have engaged in bonus abuse or promotional exploitation.

7.3 — Bonus Abuse

Activities constituting bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: placing low-risk offsetting bets to satisfy wagering requirements, using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once, or exploiting technical errors in bonus calculations. Detected abuse will result in forfeiture of all associated bonus and derived balances and may lead to permanent account suspension.

nakcuci provides access to sports betting markets (including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UFC, Esports and other international events), live dealer casino games, slot machines, table games and other game formats. Each product category is governed by its own specific game rules and bet settlement procedures, which are accessible within the platform.

In the event of any technical malfunction, disconnection or software error during a game session, nakcuci reserves the right to void the affected round or rounds. Where funds have been incorrectly credited due to such an error, the Operator reserves the right to reverse the erroneous credit regardless of any subsequent wagers placed using those funds.

The use of automated betting software, bots, artificial intelligence tools or any other automated system to interact with the Platform is strictly prohibited. Accounts found to be employing such systems will be suspended and all balances forfeited.

nakcuci is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling behaviour among all its players. You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that outcomes are determined by chance. You agree to use the Platform for personal entertainment only and never as a primary or supplementary source of income.

nakcuci provides registered users with access to the following responsible gambling tools, available from within your account settings:

• Deposit Limits — daily, weekly and monthly caps on total deposits.
• Session Limits — maximum continuous play period before an automatic break is enforced.
• Cooling-off Period — a temporary suspension of account activity lasting between 24 hours and six months.
• Self-Exclusion — a permanent or long-term closure of your account with optional re-registration restrictions.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nakcuci, its directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, service interruptions or errors.

In no circumstances will the Operator's total aggregate liability to a User arising from or relating to this Agreement exceed the total amount of net deposits made by that User in the 12 calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

nakcuci shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement where such failure or delay arises from a Force Majeure event. In such circumstances, nakcuci will endeavour to notify affected users and restore normal service as promptly as reasonably practicable.

nakcuci may suspend, restrict or permanently close any account — and withhold all associated balances pending investigation — where the Operator reasonably suspects:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement;
• Provision of false, misleading or fraudulent information;
• Underage access;
• Bonus abuse, collusion, or organised fraud;
• Use of software or systems designed to manipulate game outcomes;
• Any form of money laundering or financial crime;
• Access from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.

Where an investigation concludes that a breach did occur, nakcuci reserves the right to permanently close the account and retain balances as compensation for operational losses. Where no breach is found, balances will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support. nakcuci will process such requests within a reasonable period, subject to completion of any outstanding withdrawal verification requirements.

nakcuci reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Where changes are material, the Operator will provide reasonable notice by publishing the revised Agreement on this page with an updated effective date. In cases of urgent operational, regulatory or legal necessity, changes may take immediate effect without prior notice.

Your continued use of the Platform following publication of any revised Agreement constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not accept the revised Agreement, you must cease all use of the Platform and request account closure. nakcuci will not be liable for any consequences arising from your failure to review updated terms in a timely manner.
